Starting from the 14th November up to the 18th November of 2011 there will be held the Ninth Annual All-Russian Open Conference “ACTUAL PROBLEMS IN REMOTE SENSING OF THE EARTH FROM SPACE” (Principal physics, physical methods and technologies for monitoring of environment, potentially dangerous occurrences and objects) in the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Registration participants and listeners
The current issues on space remote sensing of the Earth related to the control of land surface, ocean and atmosphere condition and monitoring of flora life are supposed to be discussed at the Conference. The Conference will be conducted in the framework of the sections listed below:
· Plenary session
· Methods and algorithms of satellite data processing
· The issues on the development and application of devices and systems for satellite monitoring of environmental conditions
· Remote methods of atmospheric and climatic processes studying
· Remote studying of ocean and inland ice cover
· The use of satellite methods in geology and geophysics
· Methods for remote sensing of vegetation and soil
· Satellite exploration of ionosphere
· Remote sensing of Solar system planets
Also in the framework of the Conference there will be open the Scientific School for young researches where the leading Russian and international scientists are going to run review lectures on actual problems concerning the development of the Earth remote sensing systems and methods and on using technologies of satellite monitoring of the Earth for solving fundamental and practical problems.

Paper Abstracts must be registered on the website of the Conference no later than 15, September, 2011. By the moment the Conference starts they are to be published in electronic form on CD’s and be available for reading on the Conference website.
